  1. Topical application:

Apply coconut oil as often as you like to the affected area. But at least 3 times daily. Ladies with vaginal yeast infections can use an organic tampon dipped in coconut oil. (Watch the video below) Wear a panty liner to catch any extra oil.

Things You Should Know

  • Always use virgin, cold pressed, organic, unrefined coconut oil. It contains no additives and contains more beneficial properties and antioxidants.
  • For those that are prone to getting yeast infection after intercourse, you can insert the coconut capsules inside the vagina after sex, to prevent infections. Instead of using the capsules you can also freeze the coconut oil in moulds for the perfect suppository size.

  • Being pregnant (sex hormones increase the risk of yeast overgrowth)

  • A run-down immune system.
