Coconut Coffee Recipe

If you add all these ingredients into a cup without blending it in a blender, it will float to the top. Not so nice. But when you mix this in a blender (I use my nutribullet), you have a fantastic, foamy, delicious coffee! This coffee helps me avoid unwanted snacking in between meals. It keeps me satisfied.

There is no better way to ensure your “good fat” intake in a day.

Side Effects

If you have too much, you might get the runs (diarrhea). If this happens, you might have smaller amounts, more frequently during the day.

What if you Don't like Coffee?

You can replace the coffee with tea, or drink it with hot water and lemon juice and a sweetener.

Coconut Milk Coffee Creamer

If making your own coconut oil coffee sounds like too much of a mission, you can buy it online!!  

This is a less healthy version, but if you are only after the "coconutty" flavor, a coconut oil coffee creamer will work.
