Why butter in coffee?
If you have too much, you might get the runs (diarrhea). If this happens, you might have smaller amounts, more frequently during the day.
You can replace the coffee with tea, or drink it with hot water and lemon juice and a sweetener.

This is a less healthy version, but if you are only after the "coconutty" flavor, a coconut oil coffee creamer will work.
